Track summary

The summary of Architecture and Building Engineering is to construct buildings, cities, and environment design structural designs to build every kind of building by focusing on living spaces that extend to houses, districts, cities, and regions. Every year, many new students come here for the famous architecture of their dreams. On the other hand, architecture and building are not only about designing, a comfortable environment, building strength calculation, durable materials, and so on, which are also necessary. In this track, we aim to build a safe and comfortable living space and a city with enough human consciousness, to master professional technologies concerning planning, design, construction, environment, and building, to focus on building or planning and the design of living space from the users’ perception, and to gain in-depth knowledge about safe building construction and comfortable environmental designs and building practices.

Study and education purpose

In the Architecture and Building Engineering roadmap, we focus on human living spaces to build a comfortable environment with expansive human perception, study architecture, city space planning, and design technologies, as well as technology on construction design, building maintenance and construction, and so on. The purpose of studying and education is as follows.

E. Master the basic knowledge and application of architectural design and planning from the academic perspective by focusing on architectural design exercises. (Design and planning)

F. Master the basic knowledge and application of the architectural environment and production from the academic perspective by focusing on experiments and with on-hands (practical) training. (Environment and production)

G. Master the basic knowledge and application of architectural structures from the academic perspective by focusing on structure exercises and experiments. (Structure)

H. Master architectural design and construction skills that are essential for snowy scold areas. (Snowy cold areas)

Licenses and qualifications that can be obtained.

Licenses and Qualifications Details
Technician Can be exempted from common subjects in the first time exam.
First-class architect After graduation, the qualifications to take the exam can be obtained.
Second-class wooden architect After graduation, the qualification to take the exam can be obtained.
First-class building construction management engineer With the required working experience, the qualification for taking the exam can be obtained.
One license type for a high school teacher (Industry) With enough credit for a given subject, one can obtain the license by applying for it.
