Ran Zhang received the bachelor’s degree in College of
Economics and Management from Qingdao University of
Science and Technology, Qingdao, Shandong, China, in
2015 and the master’s degree in School of Software
Engineering from Shandong University, Ji’nan, China, in
2019. She is now pursuing a Ph.D. degree in the School
of Software Engineering from Shandong University. Her
current research interests include network resource
scheduling, resource allocation and optimization.
