Rui Yang received the M.S.Eng. degree in communication engineering from the Xi'an Jiaotong University of Technology, Xi'an, China, in 2019. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with Shaanxi Normal University, Xi’an. His research interests include Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Image Processing, and Image Generation.
