概要(About the symposium)
初秋の登別温泉にて5年に1度行われる飛行実験シンポジウムも 2005年，2010年に引き続き第3回を開催する運びとなりました． 講演は全件招待講演で，より速く，より安く，より安全な飛行を 目指した革新的な飛行技術実証に挑戦している国内外の研究者に 研究成果を披露していただき，研究者間の議論，情報交換，学生の勉学・ 研究意欲向上を図ることを狙いとしています．参加登録費は無料ですが 会場の制約上，事前登録をお願いしております（上限200名）． 多くの皆様のご来場をお待ちしております．

参加費：講演会は入場無料．レセプションは有料（当日会場にて参加費を申し受けます）

Following the success of the 1st and 2nd symposium (held in 2005 and 2010), The 3rd Symposium on Flight Tests for the Innovative Aerospace Transportation Systems is going to be held in Noboribetsu spa resort. All the presentations are by invited speakers only. Registration fee is free but due to the capacity of the symposium site, pre-registration is required for all the participants (via email).

シンポジウム終了後，18:00から懇親会をホテル内で行います． 多数の方のご参加をお待ちしております．懇親会参加費については当日シンポジウム 受付にてお支払下さい．なお，事前人数把握のため，参加登録時に懇親会の参加・不参加を メールに記載ください．
懇親会参加費: 一般5,000円 学生2,500円
The reception will take place after the symposium at the banquet room of the hotel. If you are able to attend, please notice us in your registration mail so that we can confirm the number of participants. You can pay the reception fee at the front desk of the symposium site.

講演集について(Proceedings)
前刷り講演集は用意しません．シンポジウム当日の発表スライドを CD-ROMにてシンポジウム後に郵送する予定です．講演者には現地にて発表資料の提供を お願いしますが，配布できないスライド・動画があればそれらを省いた状態でお渡しください．
Speakers do not have to prepare any pre-print papers(proceedings or abstracts). We will offer to copy the presentation files at the symposium site and send them to all the attendants after the symposium. (If some slides or movies are not allowed to be distributed, please remove them.)

登別温泉には十分な人数に食事を提供できる飲食店は少なく， 限られた時間での昼食は難しい場合もあります．そのため，予約制の昼食を 登別グランドホテル食堂にてご用意致します．ご希望の方は上記生協 ウェブサイトからお申し込み下さい．１食1200円です． なお，当日のお申し込みは承ることはできませんのでご了承下さい．
8/31追記：生協ウェブサイトでは航空券・ホテルとセットでの プラン申し込みを8/31で締切ますが，昼食のみの予約は引き続き9/8までお受けいたします． なお，昼食のみお申込みの方は，当日シンポジウム会場にて，代金と引き換えに昼食券をお渡しいたします． 航空券・ホテルとセットでお申し込みの方には，事前に昼食券を送付いたします．

シャトルバスについて(Shuttle Bus Service)
シンポジウム参加者の皆様はホテル駐車場をお使いいただけますが， 別途無料シャトルバスを運行する予定です．9/18日午前8:30に室蘭工大正門前を出発いたします． また，シンポジウム終了後と懇親会終了後にグランドホテルから室蘭工大までのバスを それぞれ運行いたします．なお，JR登別駅からは路線バス（道南バス，所要時間15分程度）を ご利用下さい．
A free shuttel bus operates between the symposium site and Muroran Institute of Technology at the day of the symposium. It leaves at 8:30 A.M. from the main gate of the Muroran Inst. of Tech. to the symposium site. Please use a route bus (Donan bus) from JR Noboribetsu station.
