Principle Aims and Activities of the Center

Aims

In response to the rapid internationalization of Japanese society in an ever-changing world, Muroran Institute of Technology (MuroranIT) established a new Center for International Relations in April 2007. The aims of the Center are twofold: to actively promote the research activities of the University to a wider international audience; and to provide educational and research opportunities for overseas students who wish to study at MuroranIT.

 

Activities

  1. 1. To promote the international exchange of students and research with foreign universities.
  2. 2. To actively contribute to international research activities.
  3. 3. To provide both professional and personal support to all overseas students studying at MuroranIT.
  4. 4. To develop and promote exchange opportunities, at both the national and local levels, with the home countries of our overseas students.
