本講義では、薬剤開発や機能性食品開発に必要なバイオ技術の手法とその原理について学ぶ This course focuses on biotechnology. In this lesson, the biochemical technology for drugs and functional food development will be discussed. Particularly we will deal with genetic and protein enigineering technology. |

総授業時間数（実時間）：12時間 １週目 授業の進め方 ２～３週目 分子生物学の基礎 ４～７週目 薬剤、機能性食品開発ためのバイオ技術 タンパク質工学 ８週目 まとめ 新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行状況に伴い、学生への十分な周知のもと、授業計画・授業実施方法は変更する可能性があります。 Toal hours of lecture: 12 hr 1, Introduction for this subject 2-3, Basis of molecular biology 4-7. Biotechnology for the development of drug and functional foods. 8. Summary Due to the epidemic situation of COVID19, the plan and implementation method may be changed. In that case, I will explain to you properly. 各回の学修時間の目安は、事前・事後合わせて4時間必要です。 For each 90 minute class, students are expected to undertake an additional 4hours of self study. |
