家族やジェンダー、社会保障に関する日本の法政策や現状を理解し、今後の課題について模索する。 To understand the Japanese legal policies on family, gender and social security, and the current situation, and to seek for the future agenda. |

（1） ローカルな視点のみならず、国際的な視点から家族やジェンダー、社会保障に関する法政策について考えることができる。 （2）家族やジェンダー、社会保障に関する法政策についての先行研究を検討し、それらに対する自分の意見をまとめ、発表することができる。 (1) To be capable to consider legal policies on family, gender and social security from local and international points of view. (2) To be capable to examine prior research of legal policies on family, gender and social security, to sum up own opinions towards these research and to present them. |

総授業時間数（実時間）：12時間 1. はじめに 2. 家族法政策に関する講義 3. 報告と討論（教科書第1-2パート） 4. 報告と討論（教科書第3-4パート） 5. 報告と討論（教科書第5-6パート） 6. 報告と討論（教科書第7-8パート） 7. 報告と討論（教科書第4パート） 8. 報告（教科書第5パート）と最終討論 各回の学修時間の目安は、事前・事後合わせて４時間です。 受講生には、議論に積極的に参加できるよう、授業で取り上げる教科書の章を読んでから授業に臨むことを求めます。 Total hours=12 1. Introduction 2. Lecture on legal policies on family 3. Presentation and discussion(text part1-2) 4. Presentation and discussion(text part3-4) 5. Presentation and discussion(text part5-6) 6. Presentation and discussion(text part7-8) 7. Presentation and discussion(text part9-10) 8. Presentation and final discussion(text part11) Enrolled students are required to read relevant chapters of the textbooks in advance which each seminar will focus on so that they can actively participate in discussion. 4 hours are needed every week for each seminar including before and after the seminar. |

授業内の発表で評価し、合計100点満点中60点以上を合格とします。 Grading: Presentation (100%), Total 100 % Grading Guidelines: 80-100=A, 70-79=B, 60-69=C, 59-=D 不合格の場合、次年度、再度履修してください。 Those who failed in obtaining credits of this seminar, please enroll again next year. |
