| 授業のねらい ／Learning Objectives |
本学の学術交流協定校（姉妹校）において語学研修、当該地域文化に関する講義、工学系分野専攻の学生との交流（英語による）、日本語専攻の学生との交流などを通じ、現地語・英語・簡易な日本語など意思疎通可能な方法を駆使してのコミュニケーション能力や異文化適応能力を高め、あわせて当該地域の歴史・文化・社会への理解を深める。 The objective of the overseas study tour M is to enhance participating students’ intercultural competency, which involves communication skills which may employ linguistic, non-linguistic, and any other means when necessary, proficiency in English and the local language at the venue of the sessions, and knowledge/understanding of the history, culture and society of the venue. A participation in a course consisting of 22.5 hours or more of classes offered by one of our overseas partner universities will be regarded as an overseas study tour, and the participants will be granted one credit. |

| 授業計画 ／Course Schedule |
海外における協定校が主催する研修のうち、22.5時間以上の講義時間が確保されているものを「海外研修」として認定する。 本年度開催され本学「海外研修」として認定される見込みのものは以下の通りである。 【協定校が本学学生を対象として実施する研修】 中国：華中科技大学中国語・中国文化研修 アメリカ：ウエスタンワシントン大学研修 【協定校が学生を募集し実施する研修】 韓国：ソウル科学技術大学サマースクール 釜慶大学サマースクール 忠南大学サマースクール タイ：泰日工業大学サマーキャンプ なお、いずれの研修も現地事情や応募の状況により開催されない場合がある。 A participation in a course offered by one of our overseas partner universities which include 22.5 hours or more of the classes will be regarded as a participation in a overseas study tour. Below are the eligible courses to be conducted during the academic year of 2017. Courses by one of our overseas partner universities specifically offered for the students at MIT China: A course in Chinese language and culture by Huathomg University of Science and Technology Courses offered by one of our overseas partner universities for international students in general Korea: Summer program by Seoul National University of Science and Technology Summer program by Pukyong National University Thai: Summer/spring program by Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology All the courses are subject to changes and cancellation due to the local circumstances and/or insufficient applications. |

5～7月、12月～1月の間にポスター・掲示板等で参加者を募った後説明会を実施する。 参加申込者には、出発までガイダンスを数回実施し、各種資料を配布するとともに必要書類を提出してもらう。 英語の授業の教材は、研修先で配付される。 |
| 成績評価方法 ／Grading Guidelines |
研修後提出するレポートにより評価する。現地担当教員による評価も加味する。１００点満点中６０点を合格点とする。不合格の場合は再履修すること。 Evaluation is given based on the student’s report to be submitted after returning home. The local supervisors’ evaluation will also be taken into account. A credit is conferred on a score of 60 and over. |

研修内容、募集期間、募集人数、参加条件、参加費用等はそれぞれの研修により異なる。研修についての情報は掲示板や国際交流センターホームページ等により随時発信する。研修参加希望者は自ら積極的に情報収集を行うこと。 Those who intend to participate in a study tour are expected to actively collect information on the content of the session, the application deadline, the number of the participants invited, the requirements, and the expenses of the specific courses they are interested in. Information will be issued when available by Center for International Relations through HP and/or on the bulletin board. Frequent accesses to those resources are strongly advised. |

【※コロナ禍特別対応について】 令和４(2022)年度においてはコロナ禍の状況を踏まえ、海外渡航を伴わない形でも（通常の研修と）同等レベルの国際理解や異文化交流体験が可能な実習型の代替プログラムを用意できた場合には、そのプログラムを持って学修したものとし、単位認定を行うものとする。 海外協定校等が提供するオンライン国際交流プログラムも単位認定の対象とする場合がある。 詳細は通常の海外渡航型の各研修プログラムと同様に、別途、国際交流センター前の掲示版に代替の研修プログラムを掲示する。CampusSquareの掲示板やメール一斉配信、ならびにMoodleコースも確認すること。 Due to COVID-19 pandemic, MuroranIT might produce a practical lesson like study-tour without going abroad, including online international studies.
