文化間の摩擦を生み出す背景を探りながら、自他の文化の相対化と感情に左右されない冷静な複眼的視点の獲得を目指す。 While looking at the underlying reasons for conflicts between cultures, we will take multilayered perspectives looking at the relativity of one's own and the other's culture. |

ディスカッションやロールプレイ、時にはシミュレーションといった方法を用いながら、最近の経済事例に取り組むことで、 － 文化の意味とその由来。 － 文化とコミュニケーションの結びつき。 － ステレオタイプの成立理由とそれがもたらすもの。 － 異文化間の交流において起こり得ること。その際の対処方法。 等に関する認識を深め、文化間コミュニケーションの知識・能力を身につけてもらうことが本授業の目標とするところである。 Using discussions, role-play, simulations etc, and looking at recent examples of the economic world we will look at the following: - What is culture and where does it come from? - The link between culture and communication. - The reason for the forming of stereotypes and what they engender. - What can happen in intercultural exchange and how to deal with it. A deepened awareness of the above, knowledge about and the ability of intercultural communication are the main goal of this course. |

総授業時間数 45分／60分（60分分の45分）×2（90分授業ゆえ）×15＝22.5時間 総授業時間数は定期試験を除く実時間（22.5時間） 1.概要。 Outline of the course. 2.文化とは。その意識化。「異」に内包される問題。自己認識。 What is culture? The ‘異‘ in the Japanese term ‘異文化’. Keyword: self-awareness. 3.コミュニケーションとは。6種類のコンステレーション。 What is communication? Six types of constellations + application will be explored. 4.無意識的非言語的形態の例。 The non-conscious aspects of non-verbal communication. 5.無意識的行動に見られる文化の束縛。認識の機能。価値。 The cultural constraints of unconscious behavior patterns / Function of awareness / About ‘values’. 6.文化の認識とその説明。見える（見えない）もの。 How to recognize & explain culture?: Visible & invisible aspects of culture. 7.集団の記憶とその機能。コミュニケーションの所産としての文化とその形成。 Collective memory ＋ its function / Communication as culture / The making of culture. 8.自己イメージ － 他者イメージ － メタイメージ。 Encountering strangers and the unknown: Self-image - image of the other - meta-image. 9.カテゴリ。ステレオタイプと偏見。 Category - stereotype - prejudice - discrimination. Stereotypes and prejudices within us. 10.あいまいさの耐性。 To deal with uncertainty. 11.ロールディスタンス、共感、メタコミュニケーション。 Role-distance / Empathy / Meta-communication. 12-13.事例検証とその問題解決。 Analysis of case studies, exploration of possible solutions for intercultural frictions. 14.マルチ（インター）カルチュラリズム。並存と相互性。ジンテーゼとシナジー。 Multiculturalism - Interculturalism / Parallelism - Collaboration / Synthesis - Synergy. 15.まとめとセルフテスト。 Summary of what was learned and a final self test. 新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行状況に伴い、学生への十分な周知のもと、授業計画・授業実施方法は変更する可能性があります。 |

| 成績評価方法 ／Grading Guidelines |
100点満点のうち、授業への取り組み姿勢40点、提出されたレポートによる授業の理解度60点の割合で評価する。 新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行状況に伴い、学生への十分な周知のもと、成績評価方法は変更する可能性があります。 Active participation in class counts for up to 40 points + the report at the end of the term which shows your understanding of the course content accounts for up to 60 points. Highest possible grade: 100 points. 60 points out of the total of 100 points are necessary to pass. |

グループ毎に、自分たちが見出した課題に主体的に取り組み､多様性を大事にしつつディスカッションを重ね、振り返りを行いながら自他のポジションを明確なものとしてゆく。Each group will work on their project independently. The students will analyze it by taking various and different backgrounds into consideration. |
