| 授業のねらい ／Learning Objectives |
地方自治体の骨格とも言うべき「都市計画マスタープラン」は、市民と行政が一緒に考え、将来の都市像を描き、今後のまちづくりの方向性を示すものである。 失敗の許されない大事業であるため、そこに住む市民視点での検証が必要となる。 本授業では、室蘭市民である学生が、在住者視点で、都市計画を検証できる力を修養することを目的とする。 The urban planning master plan, which is the main point of local governments, citizens and the government think together, draws future urban images, and shows the direction of future town development. Since it is a large project that is not allowed to fail, it is necessary to verify it from a citizen's point of view living there. In this lecture, students who are Muroran citizens aim to cultivate the ability to verify the urban plan from the resident's point of view. |
