| 授業のねらい ／Learning Objectives |
This class aims to develop communicative competence in English through extensive practice in listening and speaking. Further aims of this class include development of sociolinguistic competence and intercultural communication skills. The prime objective is that students will improve their confidence in communicating in English. Every week one English basic grammar point will be reviewed through the oral practice activities. |

総授業時間数 22.5時間 1回目 introduction 2回目 present tense - everyday activities 3回目 simple present and present continuous 4回目 adjectives, comparatives and superlatives 5回目 adverbs - hobbies, interests 6回目 past tense and time expressions 7回目 past tense and past continuous 8回目 future tense - will/going to 9回目 second conditional - If I were../I I had... 10回目 obligation - have to/don't have to possibility: can/can't 11回目 advice: should/shouldn't/Why don't you...? 12回目 requests: Can I....?/Could I...?/May I...?/Would you mind...? 13回目 present perfect - Have you...?/Have you ever...? 14回目 oral exam 15回目 final exam ※自己学習の確保を促すたに毎週宿題あります。 新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行状況に伴い、学生への十分な周知のもと、成績評価方法は変更する可能性があります。 Due to the epidemic situation of COVID19, the evaluation method may be changed. Speaking testと小テストとhomeworkが50％、学期末試験が50％ の 100点満点中６０点以上を合格点とする。 新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行状況に伴い、学生への十分な周知のもと、成績評価方法は変更する可能性があります。 Due to the epidemic situation of COVID19, the evaluation method may be changed. In that case, I will explain to you properly. |

不認定者は再試験を受けなければならない。再試験で認定された場合、評点は60点である。 欠席は理由の如何にかかわらず3回までしか認めない。 4回以上欠席した者は再履修しなければならない。 追試験は原則行わない。 再試験は1回のみ実施し、再試験で合格の場合には60点で単位を認定する、再試験で不合格（未受験含む）の場合は次年度再履修となる。 |
