| 授業のねらい ／Learning Objectives |
企業の活動や経営状況を数値で表す財務の基礎を習得し、また、企業活動に不可欠な金融の仕組みと活用法の基礎を理解することにより、企業経営の基礎的な見方を習得する。 大学発ベンチャーの必要性と特徴、及び起業する場合の留意点とさまざまな支援策について理解する。 企業活動の基盤となる、国内外、道内の経済状況を数値で理解する。 Acquiring the basis of finance showing numerical value about business activities and conditions. Also by understanding the basis of financial mechanisms and using method which is essential to corpotate activities, to acquire foundational angle of business management. Understanding necessity and characteristics of university-originated ventures, points of attention for starting the business, many kinds of support measures. Understanding by numerical value domestic, foreign and hokkaido's economic situation which is based on the business activities. |

１．企業の活動や経営状況は数値では財務に反映される。財務分析の基礎を習得し、例えば企業の新製品開発等の活動を財務の面から理解し、説明できる。 ２．金融は経済の潤滑油であり、この金融の仕組みと活用法を理解し、説明できる。 ３．大学発ベンチャーはなぜ必要かを理解し、その特徴と起業する場合の留意点、各種支援策について理解し、説明できる。 ４．国内外、道内の経済状況を表す指標を理解し、説明できる。 1. The business activities and economic situation is reflected financial arrairs. Acquiring the basis of financial analysis, to be able to explain and understand from the viewpoint of finance e.g. the activities of new product development. 2. To be able to explain and understand that finance is economic lubrication, financial mechanisms and using method. 3. Understanding why university-originated ventures is needed, to be able to explain and understand thecharacteristics, points of attention when thebusiness is started, kinds of support measures. 4. To be able to explain and understanding index of domestic, foreign and Hokkaido's economic situation. |

| 成績評価方法 ／Grading Guidelines |
レポートで評価する（Ａ４で４枚程度。平成２８年２月初頃提出）。レポートの課題は複数で、その中から１課題を選択すること。 100点満点で評価し、出席率を加味した最終評価点が６０点以上の者は合格となる。不合格者については、レポートの再提出を求める。 The score of each student is evaluated by reports.(4 sheets of A4) Chose one theme of them. A grade of more than 60 is accepted for a credit adding attendance rate. The rejected person have to resubmit the report. |
| 履修上の注意 ／Notices |
出席率７０％以上を履修の条件とする。 但し、出席率が69～60%は10点を、59～50%は15点を、49～40%は20点を、評価点から減点して、 最終評価点とする。 You need to attend the classes of more than 70%. Final evaluation is the score taken off 10 points for the attendance rate 69~60%, 15 points for the rate 59~50% and 20 points for the rate 49~40%. |

すぐに必要になる知識ではないと思われるかもしれませんが、今から日常の生活や就職後の企業活動の中でこのような関心を持ち続ける事（例えば新聞やTVニュースへの関心）が社会人としての幅を広げ、将来必要とする立場に就いたときに役立ちます。 You think those are not needed at this time, but they are useful when you will be in a position in case of needing them to concern with these things ( e.g. to concern with newspapers and TV news) in daily living and business activities after finding employment will expand the range of adult. |
