授業のねらい
/Learning Objectives
In this course, we pursue an ideal method for Japanese manufacturing industry to maintain and grow its competitiveness in the progress of globalization. In order to achieve this goal, it is important to approach not only through technology but also from the point of view of management to maximize the value. Through the lectures, engineers themselves understand methods and ideas for achieving commercialization by developing technologies and products that customers need and are satisfied with, based on the market and their viewpoints. In addition, through case studies of actual business models and strategies, we aim to train technical management skills from practical examples of new technologies and new product development which led commercialization.

It is evaluated by report to the assignment. The report is 100 points full score, and more than 60 points pass.
