家族やジェンダー、社会保障に関する日本の法政策や現状を理解し、今後の課題について模索する。 To understand the Japanese legal policies on family, gender and social security, and the current situation, and to seek for the future agenda. |

（1） ローカルな視点のみならず、国際的な視点から家族やジェンダー、社会保障に関する法政策について考えることができる。 （2）家族やジェンダー、社会保障に関する法政策についての先行研究を検討し、それらに対する自分の意見をまとめ、発表することができる。 (1) To be capable to consider legal policies on family, gender and social security from local and international points of view. (2) To be capable to examine prior research of legal policies on family, gender and social security, to sum up own opinions towards these research and to present them. |

授業内の発表で評価し、合計100点満点中60点以上を合格とします。 Grading :Presentation(100%), Total 100 % Grading Guidelines: 80-100=A, 70-79=B, 60-69=C, 68-=F 不合格の場合、次年度、再度履修してください。 Those who fail in obtaining credits of this seminar, please enroll again next year. |
