| 授業のねらい ／Learning Objectives |
さまざまな作文課題やクラスでのディスカッションを通して、日本語のアカデミック・ライティング能力および論理的思考力を養成する。また、論理的文章の作成に必要な表現を学ぶ。 This subject is designed for international graduate students to develop Japanese academic writing skills and logical thinking skills by writing practices and discussion in the class. It also aims to improve students’ Japanese vocabulary. |

１．アカデミック・ライティングに必要な表現や文章の書き方を理解する。 ２．構造や仕組みの説明、比較、考察、要約、など、それぞれの目的にあった正確で論理的な文章が書ける。 ３．日本語を使ってPPTが作成できる。 1. Understanding of phrases, connectives and organization of paragraphs in academic writing. 2. Writing accurate and logical texts for different purposes such as description of structure and mechanism, comparison, discussion, and summary. 3. Making a Power Point file with simplified Japanese phrase and sentence. |

| 成績評価方法 ／Grading Guidelines |
作文課題により評価する。 100点満点中60点以上を合格点とする。 The score of each student is evaluated by writing assignments. A grade of more than 60 is accepted for a credit. |
| 履修上の注意 ／Notices |
日本語能力試験N2レベル程度以上の日本語力が必要です。 授業には８０％以上出席し、作文課題を提出してください。 Higher than JLPT N2 level of Japanese language proficiency is required to register for this course. Students have to attend above 80％ of classes and submit every writing assignment. |
