精密な加工を実現する各種工作法と評価手法の原理を理解するとともに,それらの知識を用いた問題解決手法について理解する． This lecture is designed to understand the following topics - Principles of machining methods - Evaluation methods - Problem solving methods and their application |

| 授業計画 ／Course Schedule |
総授業時間数（実時間）：１０．５時間 １週目．精密加工と生産システムの概要 ２週目．問題構造化手法概論 ３週目．TOCによる問題構造化 ４週目．精密加工における設計と材料 ５週目．デジタル加工における工作機械とCAD/CAM ６週目．加工制御のための問題の構造化 ７週目．生産・加工研究に関する最近のトピック まとまった単元ごとに課題を出すので，復習を通じて自己学習をすること． No.1: introduction of production system and precision machining No.2: Methods of problem-solving No.3: Problem structuration by TOC No.4: Design and material issues in precision machining No.5: CAD/CAM and CNC machine tool No.6: Problem structuration of machining control No.7: Research topics of production and machining After explaining lecturing unit, homework will be assigned. Reviewing the lectured topics with homework is required to understand the lecture. |

| 成績評価方法 ／Grading Guidelines |
課題に対するレポートが１００点満点中６０点以上の者を合格とする。 不合格の場合は来年度際履修すること（レポートの再提出等は認めない）。 The score is evaluated by reports. A grade of more than 60 is accepted for a credit. |

レポートの再提出は認めない（不備な場合は不合格とする）．不合格者は最履修すること． Reintroduction of the reports is not accepted. Unsuccessful students must take the class again in the next year. |

個別の加工方法の暗記ではなく,自らが精密加工を実践するための問題解決能力の習得を意識してください．実際のものづくりに関する知識と,自らのアイデアを連携させることが出来るようになってください． The students are not expected to memorize the knowledge of machining methods, but are expected to connect the knowledge of machining methods to your thinking for problem solving. |
