授業のねらい
／Learning Objectives		 家族やジェンダー、社会保障に関する日本の法政策や現状を理解し、今後の課題について模索する。
To understand the Japanese legal policies on family, gender and social security and the current situation, and to seek for the future agenda.
到達度目標
／Outcomes Measured By:		 （1） ローカルな視点のみならず、国際的な視点から家族やジェンダー、社会保障に関する法政策について考えることができる。
（2）家族やジェンダー、社会保障に関する法政策についての先行研究を検討し、それらに対する自分の意見をまとめ、発表することができる。
(1) To be capable to consider legal policies on family, gender and social security from local and international points of view.
(2) To be capable to examine prior research of legal policies on family, gender and social security, to sum up own opinions towards these research and to present them.

教科書・参考書に関する備考 参考書は特に指定しません。関連論文や資料をその都度指示します。また、テーマに関連する法律の条文を探すことができるように、たとえば『ポケット六法平成27年版』（有斐閣、2014年）や『デイリー六法2015 平成27年版』（三省堂、2014年）などの六法を用意しておくことをおすすめします。
No specific reference books.
Relevant articles and materials will be designated each time. Relevant English references will be shown in accordance with enrolled students' needs. In order to easily find out articles of the relevant Japanese laws, it is strongly recommended to obtain a mini digest of Japanese laws.　
成績評価方法
／Grading Guidelines		 授業内の発表で評価し、合計100点満点中60点以上を合格とします。
Grading :Presentation(100%),  Total 100 %
Grading Guidelines: 80-100=A, 70-79=B, 60-69=C, 68-=F　
履修上の注意
／Notices		 受講生には教科書や関連論文等の内容について発表してもらいます。また、積極的に討論に参加することも求められます。
Enrolled students are required to give presentations based on the textbooks and relevant articles etc. They are also expected to actively join the discussion.
