| 授業のねらい ／Learning Objectives |
我々の日々の生活の中で、誤解とコミュニケーション不全がよく起こる。これは概念や同意事項が共有されていないことに基づく。論理的思考について考えるうえで、何が論理的思考でないのかを精察することから本講はじめたい。日々、当然と思われている諸事項を例に取りつつ、非合理的な問題について論議をする。それによって、公共管理計画に必要な思考とは何か、を考えていく。 Misunderstandings and miscommunication take place so often because of the lack of sharing the same concepts and agreements. Starting to understand what is logical thinking, we would like to scrutinize what is not logical thinking. Taking examples of many discourses taken for granted in general, we would like to argue the problems of irrational issues. Then, we will discuss what is needed for the public management and public planning. |
