授業のねらい Learning Objectives	「自治体経営�T」を受けて、自治体経営の新しい概念の具体的な展開を学び、事例研究を通じて、管理者に求められる組織運営能力と戦略思考を実践的に強化する。 受講者の関心に応じた行政課題を取り上げる時間を取る。 Following Management Science for Public Administration �T, we will study about recent development of new concepts of public administration mainly based on actual case studies. We will seek what kinds of abilities are needed to managers in governments and other public organizations to perform their task effectively and strategically. Students are welcome to spontaneously raise discussions concerning important and current issues of their interests.
