授業のねらい Learning Objectives	計算論的知能学の中心的な研究分野として発展しているソフトコンピューテングの理論を学ぶと同時に応用力を習得する To study basic theory of soft computing and apply its theory to design image coding algorithms.
到達度目標 Outcomes Measured By:	１．ソフトコンピューテングに関する基本的な理論を理解する．（理解力） To understand basic theory of soft computing (comprehension) ２．工学的な問題に対してソフトコンピューテングで学んだ知識を応用できる．（応用力） To solve practical problems using soft computing theory (applied skill)
