授業のねらい Learning Objectives	四方を海に取り囲まれた日本では、海域の持つポテンシャルが高く、その利用や保全を目的とした海洋基本法が平成１９年に施行され、平成25年に策定された海洋基本計画に基づき、施策が進められている。本授業では、日本周辺海域の多様性と海洋に関する公共政策の内容を学ぶ。さらに再生可能エネルギーや海洋資源の活用、海洋産業の振興、安全の取組みなどは、実態や研究事例を挙げて学ぶ。 Since Japan is surrounded by sea on all sides, the potential of the waters is high. Basic Act on Ocean Policy was enforced in 2007 whose purpose is the development and use of the waters and the preservation of the marine environment. Along the Basic Plan on Ocean Policy that was formulated in 2013, marine related measures have been promoted. In this class, we will learn the public policy on marine diversity and the waters around Japan. We will also learn the case studies about the use of marine resources and renewable energy, the promotion of the marine industry and the efforts of secure.

参考書 Required Materials	漁村など小地域の産業連関分析〜分析事例と応用〜（社団法人全国漁港漁場協会），2008年 のほか、適宜、関連する論文や資料を配布する。 Input-Output Analysis of small regions such as fishing villages-Case study and Application, A. Nagano, A. Furuya & S. Yokoyama, Fishing Ports and Grounds Association, 2008 (in Japanese). The relevant articles and materials are available in every class.
教科書・参考書に関する備考
成績評価方法 Grading Guidelines	レポート２回、それぞれ１００点満点中６０点以上を合格とする。 The score is evaluated by report twice. A grade of more than 60 is accepted for a credit.
