環境政策に関する研究のための基礎を修得させる。 To provide a foundation for advanced study of environmental policies. |

1 環境政策の原則の歴史的変遷の概略を述べることができる。 1. To outline the historical transition of principles of environmental policies. 2. 今日環境政策の抱える問題の概略を述べることができる。 2. To outline current situations and issues that environmental policies are facing today. |
| 授業計画 ／Course Schedule |
総授業時間数（実時間）：24時間 第 1- 6 回 教員による講義を中心に進める。講義の後に質問の時間を設ける。受講者は授業外学習も踏まえて講義内容について積極的に質問し、議論を行うことが求められる。 第 7-14 回 今日までの問題解決の試みについて国内外の研究をレビューする。受講者の着実な授業外学習と授業時の議論が求められる。 第15-16 回 各受講生がこの授業の中で得たことをまとめたレポートを発表し、議論する。 Total hours = 24. 教科書・参考書は指定しない。授業の進行に従って資料を配布する。 No textbook. Handouts are prepared when necessary. |
| 成績評価方法 ／Grading Guidelines |
成績は、期末レポート（40点満点）と演習への参加（各60点満点）で評価する。100 点満点中80 点以上をA、70～79 点をB、60～69 点をC とし、59点以下を不合格とする。 The score of each student is evaluated by final report (40%) and participation in review (60%). A: 80-100%, B: 70-79%, C: 60-69%. A grade of C or higher is required for credits. |

再試験は行わない。不合格の場合は再履修できる。 Unsuccessful students should repeat the course. |
