授業のねらい Learning Objectives	わが国は地震や火山などの災害が多い。地震と火山の防災について学ぶことは、災害を減らすために 重要である。この講義では、特にハザードマップについて学び、防災の基礎を学習する。 This subject is disigned for graduates who are interested in geology, volcanology, seismology, disaster, and hasard maps. Hazard maps are one of key topics in this subject.
到達度目標 Outcomes Measured By:	地震と火山の防災について深い理解をもつことが到達度目標である Understanding of geolgy and hazards in volcanic fields.
授業計画 Course Schedule	本講義では、火山地震に関する防災、減災、ハザードマップに関する内容を 野外実習形式で行う。 登別や有珠山等に行き、現地で、防災に関する議論討論を行う。 野外実習の場所、集合時間、交通等に関する詳細は、第1週のガイダンス時に行うので 履修を希望する学生は、第1週のガイダンスに必ず出席すること。 ガイダンスに出席しない学生、およびガイダンスに遅刻した学生は、履修を認めない。 自己学習（実習内容に関する情報をインターネットを用いて学習する） Field work is planned in volcanic fields such as the Noboribetsu Geothermal Fields and Usu Volcanic Complex. Discussions in fields are empasized. Details of the field work will be geven in the guidanceon in the first week. Students must attend the guidance in the first class. Self-leaning (internet study)
教科書 Required Text	なし. 必要な教材はプリント配布する No text book. The stuff is delivered in the class.

成績評価方法 Grading Guidelines	レポートによる評価をおこなう。60点以上合格。 地震と火山の防災について深い理解をもつことができるか評価する。　 The score of each student is evaluated by reports. A gtaduate of more than 60 is accepted for a credit.
