授業のねらい Learning Objectives	グローバル経済化での世界的不況の下、日本の産業はより高度に知識集約化した高付加価値製品及び持続的に新製品作りを、更に精力的に推進して行かねばならぬ。この様な状況の中で、産学連携は益々その重要度を増してゆくであろう。 この産学連携を効果的に進め、結果として産業界も大学もそこから多くのものを得る様にし、以って日本の産業及び大学の振興を図るには如何すれば良いか、を勉強し合う。　 After graduation students potentially work for universities, companies, and the government. students will need to know how to cooperate with universities to develop Intellectual Production. Intellectual Production (‘Sangaku-Renkei’) has been discussed and tried to innovate new technology and engineering for 25 years in Japan. Especially, Japan Society for Intellectual Production has established at 2002. In this lecture course, I explain these basic system and process and strategy of Intellectual Production between Private Company and University and government support system of it for MOT basic program. And I introduce history and trend and topics of Japanese and other country. Let’s discuss and think about new ideas for problem and hope about it.
到達度目標 Outcomes Measured By:	１．産学連携の経緯と現状の理解。 ２.海外の産学連携の実態と日本との相違は何か、日本に求められている人材とは何か、を理解する。 ３．具体的な取組み事例を紹介し、成功した理由・不成功の原因を理解する。 1. 参考書 Required Materials	「技術移転ガイドブック」（羊土社、(at)2940円）、但し購入は自由。
教科書・参考書に関する備考	授業はパワーポイントを使うので、特に指定はしない。 Use for PP and taking notes where I mention
成績評価方法 Grading Guidelines	レポート4回。40点とし、出席点を60点とし、欠席の場合減点をしていく。合計点で60点以上を合格とする。 但し内容は、簡潔で分かり易く、論理的で、何を言いたいか「自分の考え」を述べる事。 　（文章として纏りの無いものは、減点する） Score is calculated by 4 times of reports (40%) and attendance ratio (60%).
履修上の注意 Please Note	出席率７０％以上を履修条件とする。不合格の場合は対応しない。 70% or more attendance ratio is accepted.
