授業のねらい Learning Objectives	オープン・データとは、「自由に使えて再利用もでき、かつ誰でも再配布できるようなデータのことだ。従うべき決まりは、せいぜい『作者のクレジットを残す』あるいは『同じ条件で配布する』程度である」とされるデータである。日本でも、主に公共データのオープン・データ化が始まっている。本特論では、オープンデータと、オープン・データを活用する技術であるリンクト・オープン・データの概念を理解し、演習を通して基礎技術を身につけることを目的とする。 Open Data is summarized as “which is open if anyone is free to use, reuse, and redistribute it ― subject only, at most, to the requirement to attribute and/or share-alike.” Recently in Japan, mainly public data has begun to be published as Open Data. This course will facilitate to understand the fundamentals of Open Data and Linked Open Data ― a technology to use Open Data.
到達度目標 Outcomes Measured By:	- オープンデータを探すことができる。 - To find and get Open Data. - そのオープンデータの利用方法(例えば可視化)と目的・効果を提案することができる。 - To propose a system which use (visualize, for example) the Open Data. - その提案内容を、実際に動くプログラムで示すことができる。プログラミング言語は問わない。 - To implement a system which realize the i
