授業のねらい Learning Objectives	安心安全な暮らしの保証は人間にとっての基本的な欲求であり、災害や事件事故の発生を防ぎ、あるいは回避し、被害を最小限に食い止めようとすることは、社会的要請であると同時に人々の共通の願いである。 　本論では、災害および事件事故が与える心理的影響とその変化のプロセスに関わる知見を、時系列、文化的背景、災害特性の観点から紹介し、災害時の人間心理を研究する方法についての検討を行う。さらに、被災者/被害者及び援助者の心理特性を踏まえた援助活動のあり方を考える。 Ensuring of secure and safety life is one of basic desire of our human being.So protection and avoidance toward disaster, accident and criminal event , and endeavor to make affected extent minimum is common wish between all citizens and social demands. This subject is emphasized on understanding of psychological effect and its process of the change by disaster, accident based on time consequence ,cultural background and the trait of disaster. Especially, the method of psychological investigation of human being in disaster state is discussed and relief activities to affected persons and relief workers is considered in the aspect of psychological trait.
到達度目標 Outcomes Measured By:	援助方法と援助計画を立案するために、緊急／危機場面での人間心理の一般特性を知り、人間心理や行動の実態に基づいた、より適切で効力のある援助活動を構築するための基礎的素養を身につけることが目標である。 1. Understanding psychological common trait of human being on critical event. 2. Understanding the aspect of management to construct fundamental appropriate and effective relief activities method and plan based on psychological and behavioral trait of human being.

教科書 Required Text	教科書は使用しない。 教材及び資料はその都度配布する。 No text book . All material and presentation paper is distributed in every lectures.
参考書 Required Materials	災害／事件事故に関わる人間事象を扱う書籍は多数あり、例えば「人はなぜ逃げ遅れるのか？―災害の心理学」集英社新書（2004）、「災害時のこころのケア」日本赤十字社（2003）、「ＰＴＳＤと医療人類学」みすず書房、「心的外傷と回復」みすず書房、が参考になる。
教科書・参考書に関する備考
成績評価方法 Grading Guidelines	出席３割、レポート７割の１００点満点で評価を行う。60点以上を合格とする。 上記達成目標について、レポート課題50点、毎講義ごとの小レポート50点で評価する。 100 are the highest possible points to achieve. 60 points are necessary to pass. As measurement of outcomes level, your report will be graded upon your understanding of the overall content by up to 50 pints and your degree of every short report in class will be graded to up to 50 points.
履修上の注意 Please Note	5回欠席した時点で自動的に不合格とする。なお、すべての不合格に対して追加措置は設けない。再履修とする。 5 times absent will be failed this class automatically. Students who fail the course have to take it again.
