授業のねらい Learning Objectives	わが国における社会基盤整備は、持続的で環境にやさしい社会基盤へ再整備する時代に入った。 この変化に対応する新しい社会基盤の設計、施工、維持管理、マネジメントのあり方を具体例をとおして学ぶ。 Infrastructure development in Japan entered to the era of re-development for to infrastructure and environmentally friendly sustainable.　In this class, you learn through example design of new infrastructure that corresponds to this change, construction, maintenance, the way of management.
到達度目標 Outcomes Measured By:	投資の段階から維持・管理の段階までを含めた社会基盤の資産管理技術を修得する。 社会基盤の安全性に関わる危機管理技術を修得する。 To acquire the asset management of technology infrastructure up to and including the stage of maintenance and management from the stage of investment. To learn a crisis management techniques related to the safety of infrastructure.

成績評価方法 Grading Guidelines	定期試験（７0％）と授業中の質疑応答（３0％）により合計得点が６０点以上を合格とする。　 Total score is evaluated by a test(70%) and by question-and-answers in class (30%). The passing mark is 60 points or more
