授業のねらい Learning Objectives	建築や都市に関わる新しい事象について、建築計画学的にどのように関われるかを考える。 To survey the designing and engineering knowledge on the new projects of urban or architecture and to learn planning or planning methods.
到達度目標 Outcomes Measured By:	1. 建築について、その企画、計画の長所や短所を講ずる。 2. インターンシップなどを行う上で、建築設計者として必要な建築設計の知識などを身につける。 1. To understand strong and weak point of urban or architectural projects 2. To grasp the skill or knowledge necessary for advance preparation of architectural internship.

This lecture includes “Housing in Japan” in English.

成績評価方法 Grading Guidelines	発表する調査内容（60％）。およびゼミ方式で発表をするので、そこへの参加度（コメント力）でも評価する（40％）。60点以上を合格とする。 The score of each student is evaluated by report and its presentation(60%) and aggressiveness on debate (40%). A grade of more than 60 is accepted for a credit.
