授業のねらい Learning Objectives |
物質のキャラクタリゼーションに用いられるさまざまな手法の概要とその原理について理解する。原理を理解するために必要な基本事項の確認をおこなうとともに計測法の応用を含めた展開を紹介する。また計測手法の周辺技術についても触れる。 Introduction of outline and principles of various instrumentations employed in characterization of materials, practical applications of instrumental techniques, basic theories that are necessary for the understanding of the principles, and technologies relevant to instrumental techniques. |

1. 概論 2. 分子と輻射場の相互作用、光吸収と発光、蛍光とリン光、蛍光寿命 3. レーザー分光法、さまざまな分光測定法 4. 表面計測法、顕微鏡法 5. 基本電気計測計器、電気抵抗測定、磁化率測定 6. 真空技術とその応用 1. Introduction 2. Interaction between molecule and radiation field, absorption and emission, fluorescence and phosphorescence, fluorescence lifetime. 3. Laser spectroscopy, various spectroscopic methods. 4. Surface measurement method, microscopy. 5. Electrical instruments, electrical resistance measurement, magnetic property measurement. 6. Fundamentals and applications of vacuum technique. |
