授業のねらい Learning Objectives	情報技術の進展に伴い、情報システムが社会のあらゆるところに広がっている。情報システムの利用者も増大するため、情報システムをコンピュータや通信ネットワークだけでなく、それらとインタラクションを行う人間・組織・社会もシステムの一部に含める考え方が生じている。これが社会情報システムの考え方であり、情報システムを構築する際はもとより、情報システムをより有効に活用し、また情報技術と社会の相互関係を考える際のポイントになるものである。 そこで本講義では、情報システムやその構築法の基本、社会情報システムの考え方、組織や社会への影響などについて学ぶ。 With the remarkable advance in information technology, Information Systems have been spreading over our society. As the number of users of Information Systems are increasing, a new concept, “Social Information System” appears. This new idea includes not only just a mechanical computer or communication network but human beings, organization and society that manipulate the whole system. It is important to see both sides of aspect - developers and users- and this concept becomes the basics when we make an Information System, or when we think how to use the system efficiently, or when we think about the relation between information technology and society. We study : Concept of Social Information Systems and the influences on organization and society.

成績評価方法 Grading Guidelines	レポート40％、授業の中で提示する課題の達成状況30％、議論への参加度30％で評価し、60点以上を合格とする。 The score of each student is evaluated by reports40%, essay30%, participation in discussion30%. A grade of more than 60 is accepted for a credit.
履修上の注意 Please Note	追試は行わない。不合格者は再履修すること。 The makeup exam is not implemented. Unsuccessful students should apply for retake.
