授業のねらい Learning Objectives	日本国憲法の平和的生存権と国際人権法との交差点を見出し、共通する理念を理解する。 To find out the intersection of the Right to Live in Peace of the Japanese Constitutional Law and international human rights law, and to understand the common principles between them.
到達度目標 Outcomes Measured By:	ローカルな視点のみならず、国際的な視点から日本国憲法と国際人権法上の人権の保障について考えることができるようにする。 Through this seminar, enrolled students are expected to be able to think about a guarantee of human rightsbased on the Japanese Constitutional Law and international human rights law from both local and international perspectives.

教科書 Required Text	特になし。発表や討論に用いる論文や資料に関しては、その都度指示する。 Nothing Special. Articles and references using students' presentation and discussion will be designated each time.
参考書 Required Materials	Some related Japanese references are as follows; 笹本潤・前田朗編著『平和への権利を世界に−国連宣言実現の動向と運動』（かもがわ出版、2011） 佐藤潤一『平和と人権−憲法と国際人権法の交錯』（晃洋書房、2011） 渡辺久丸『兵役拒否の人権化は世界の流れ−国際人権法・憲法からみる−』（文理閣、2009） Related English references will be shown in this seminar in accordance with enrolled students' needs.
教科書・参考書に関する備考	関連する憲法の条文や関連法の条文を探すことができるように、たとえば『ポケット六法』（有斐閣、2011年）や『mini六法』（自由国民社、2011年）などの六法を用意しておくことを強くおすすめします。 In order to easily find out the relevant articles of the Japanese Constitutional Law or related laws, it is strongly recommended to obtain a mini digest of Japanese laws.
成績評価方法 Grading Guidelines	授業内の発表（50％）、学期末レポート（50％）で評価し、合計100点満点中60点以上を合格とします。 Grading :50% Presentation and 50% Essay, Total 100 % Gradeing Guidelines: 80-100=A, 70-79=B, 60-69=C, 68-=F
履修上の注意 Please Note	受講生にはたくさんの資料や論文を読んでもらい、その内容について発表をしてもらいます。また、積極的に討論に参加することも求められます。 Enrolled students are required to read a lot of relevant material and articles and to give presentations based on them. They are also expected to actively join the discussion.
