授業のねらい	The aim of the class is to provide students with communicative tools to improve their English communication skills.
到達度目標	Every class will combine four skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking to guide students in English communication.
授業計画	総授業時間数(実時間):22.5時間 1. Introductions - ask and answer questions to learn more about each other 2. Entertainment - talking about movie watching preferences 3. Opinions - comment on art objects, expressing criticism 4. Family Descriptions - behaviors and characteristics 5. Personality - talk about things you are afraid of 6. The Commute - discuss everyday complaints 7. Experiences - telling a story 8. Health Habits - talking about good and bad habits 9. Relationships - describing life changes 10. Going shopping - negotiating a shopping trip 11. Home Sweet Home - things you miss, experiences abroad 12. Making Plans - negotiate time and place 13. First Impressions - discuss stereotypes about your own country 14. Cooking Skills - expressing ability 15. Lucky Experiences - talk about lucky and unlucky events Final Exam

教科書・参考書に関する備考	Electronic dictionaries are allowed.
成績評価方法	各至達度を評価するため、ペアーワークと少人グループプロジェークト、多岐選択問題の課題を使って評価を行う。１００点満点で定期試験５０％、課題、ペアーワークとグループプロジェークト５０％の割合で評価する。 １００点満点中６０点以上を合格点とする。不認定の者は再試験を受けなければならない。再試験で認定された場合、評点は６０点とする。
履修上の注意	出席が良好でない者には、受験資格を認めない。
