Target: high school or older students and adults (Hokkaido residents)
Capacity: 100 persons (if the number of applicants exceeds the capacity, participants will be decided by lottery.)
Nitori and Muroran Institute of Technology will jointly hold a human resource development program.

A courtesy bus service will be available between the Muroran Institute of Technology and the venue for the convenience of program participants.

July 20 (Sat.): 6:30 from the Muroran Institute of Technology to Nitori Asabu Store / 18:30 from Nitori to the Muroran Institute of Technology
July 21 (Sun.): 6:30 from the Muroran Institute of Technology to Nitori Asabu Store / 17:30 from Nitori to the Muroran Institute of Technology
Participation fee: free (500 yen will be charged for tea)
Team-building awakens creative ability. It is a short-term intensive program to create a prototype through teamwork while learning design ideas with the “hands” instead of the “brain” and the essence of product development. As high school students and older persons living in Hokkaido are invited, it will be a rare experience for the participants to work in cooperation with a wide range of age groups. The project will be held at the Nitori Sapporo Headquarters. The participants are required to participate in all scheduled activities on both Saturday and Sunday.
