Dear Students,

 

The first semester of the Academic Year 2022 starts on April 8 (Fri.), 2022. During the course registration period (April 8-21, 2022), classes, as a rule, will be conducted online, whereas some classes such as seminars, experiments and so on can be implemented via in-person format. After this period, they will be switched to face-to-face classes as announced in the class schedule. For this reason, please be sure to check a moodle for each class regarding its format.

 

From the perspective of anti-infection measures, we would like you to stay in Muroran from April 8, 2022, and to keep on checking your health condition until the start of face-to-face classes.

 

The University will continue to take preventive measures against COVID-19 infection such as frequent ventilation, disinfection of classrooms and limitation in the number of people in classrooms. We would also like to ask each and every student to follow anti-infection measures including washing hands with soap, disinfecting hands with alcohol sanitizer, wearing masks and refraining from private talks before you enter lecture buildings.

 

Increasing number of infected cases stemming from activities in group is being reported at universites across Japan. Recognizing that you may get infected with the virus at any time, please make sure to follow Action Guideline for Avoiding COVID-19.
